The Wise County 9-1-1 Center handles all emergency calls
from all areas of Wise County except for the cities of Bridgeport and
Decatur (both Bridgeport and Decatur have their own 9-1-1 centers.)

a video tape available to help teach children about 9-1-1. He helps teach
children in "real life" as a puppet or stuffed animal.
