RELEASE 01-10-07 MURDER
SUSPECT FOUND DECEASED 01-10-2007
The Wise County Sheriff's Office has located what is believed to be the
body, of murder suspect Antonio Limon. Wise
County Investigators along with Texas Rangers investigating the murder of Maria
Limon, utilized Search One Rescue K-9 team out of Lewisville to search an area
close to the original murder scene.
An extensive search throughout the day lead to the discovery.
At approximately 4:15p.m. Investigators located a male subject fitting
the description of Antonio Limon and subsequently positively identified him.
The body was located in a partial wooded area and appeared to have
suffered a self inflicted gunshot wound.
Currently the case will be reported as a questionable death, until
autopsy results from the Dallas County Medical Examiners Office can determine
the cause of death.
