02-10-2006 Burn Ban Lifted After a week filled with heavy snowfall and ending with torrential rain, county commissioners voted on Monday afternoon to lift the outdoor burn ban and the outdoor welding restrictions. The 90 day ban was first put into effect by commissioners on January 7th. Commissioners agreed that if conditions once again become hazardous the county judge can enact a short-term emergency bun ban.
