 Wise Eyes-Arrest Made on Alvord Car Burglaries

             Captain David Hanks and Investigator Mike Neagle of the Wise County Sheriff’s Office arrested Diego A Chavarria, 17of Irving on fourteen charges of burglary of a vehicle and one charge of theft of a firearm. Chavarria was staying with family members in the Alvord area when he broke into the vehicles. Investigator stated information was received from a citizen who saw Chavarria’s vehicle and wrote the license plate number down. The citizen gave the information to officers who investigated and arrested Chavarria that same day for the burglaries and theft.    

             Wichita Falls Police Department arrested two individuals  involved in burglary of vehicle offenses and theft of a firearm. Officers were investigating Brittany N King, 19 year old female and Wesley E Swick, 19 year old male from the Wichita Falls area on unrelated burglary of vehicle charges. During their investigation property was recovered that was entered into the statewide system as stolen from Wise County.

             Captain Hanks and Investigator Neagle went to Wichita Falls and met with the suspects. Investigators were able to determine that King and Swick had committed Eight additional burglary of vehicle and one more theft of a firearm in the Alvord area. Investigator’s were able to clear twenty four of the twenty six burglary of a vehicle offenses. Investigator stated there was no connection between Brittany King, Wesley Swick and Diego Chavarria.
