The Wise County Sheriff’s office has received a copy of an e-mail from a concerned citizen. The e-mail appears to have been sent to numerous recipients in the off-chance that someone receiving the e-mail would be scared enough by the contents to contact the individual threatening to physically harm them.

The e-mail states that monies have been paid ahead of time to end this concerned citizens ’s life but the suspect has been watching the intended victim and found that they in fact has not done what the person paying to have them killed said they were doing. Since the intended victim is innocent the suspect will not kill them if they pay $ 8000.00 to the intended killer instead. Then he would not kill them.

The suspect has threatened that contacting the police would cause someone’s life to end. We ask if you had received anything like this e-mail to contact the Wise County Sheriff’s Office and speak with Sgt Mike Neagle of the Criminal Investigation Division.  (940) 627-5971

This is just one more way the bad guys use fear and intimidation to take monies from potential victims. The web address is dont ask who [info@dontask.org]
