WISE EYES Alert 07-28-06 State
Highway 380 May Open Soon The Texas Department of Transportation has a possible opening date on State Highway 380. TX-DOT was advised by the contractor the scheduled open date is August 9th, 2006. Bill Nelson a representative of TX-DOT said there were some changes that were needed before the official opening date.
Mr.
Nelson said that when State Highway 380 is ready to switch the traffic flow
lanes, TX-DOT would notify the Wise County Sheriff’s Office and local
newspapers with that information.
Wise
County Sheriff’s Office wants to remind citizens traveling on State Highway
380 to use caution when entering into the heavy traffic flow intersections such
as these listed below. Drive Safe and help keep Wise County “Safe &
Sound”
